Who is AppointHive for?

Do clients need an account?

No. A client picks a time and gets the email. They never create a login.

What is the difference between Standalone and Hosted?

The product is the same. Hosting is the only split. Standalone is one shop on servers you control, sold as a license or a quote. Hosted is the cloud we run, monthly or annual, with a 7-day trial. Cancel when you want. No card is taken when self-serve signup is open.

What does one visit carry?

The booking, the staff member, the client history, the email, the reports, and the payroll. Those read the same visit. Nothing is copied into a second book.

How does the floor staff get in?

By PIN or magic link. There is no password for the chair to remember.

Does WhatsApp send with the email?

Email always sends. WhatsApp sends only after a Meta-approved number is in place.

What is a service invoice?

The client’s bill for the visit. It is not a charge for using AppointHive.
